Last, but not Least!

Last, but not least, a visit from Riley's final two aunts on my side of the family (we just have one Uncle Christopher to go)! Our weekend was short, but action packed and Riley enjoyed every minute with her Aunt Cindy and Aunt Christine.

Aunt Cindy arrived on Friday, and since this was her first trip to Texas, we couldn't let her miss out on a trip to the Riverwalk. So, after a quick stop at home to drop off her bags, we were off! Riley once again slept for most of the trip, but decided to enjoy the scenic waterfall at the end of the journey.
Christine arrived on Saturday, and was fired up, ready for some fun with her new niece.

They both seemed to catch on right away to one of Riley's favorite pass times...snuggling! Aunt Cindy and Aunt Christine played nice and shared in the quiet times with Riley. And they both were very helpful when it came to rocking and bouncing her to sleep at night. They quickly caught on to all the tricks of the trade!
They were great backseat buddies, and became pros at the car seat lock down procedures.

Riley was shocked to see what good singers they were...entertaining our little sweet pea during car rides on our weekend tour!

"Twinkle, Twinkle"

They became even more fun after visiting "Margaritaville" during a dinner stop at Mi Tierra!

I think the picture below speaks for itself...Riley had a blast getting to know her aunts and cannot wait to see them again (along with Aunt Mary)!

Thank you Christine and Cindy for a most excellent weekend! We hope you enjoyed your time in Texas as much as we did.

Love,
JD, Karen, and Riley

Aunt Christine and Aunt Cindy look like they had a wonderful time. I love the picture of Riley laughing. Miss all three of you bunches. Lots of love and kisses, Nana

I can tell by Riley's smiles that she enhoyed meeting her Aunt Cindy and Aunt Christine and also showing her around San Antonio via Mommy and Daddy. It also looks like the good times were rolling, especially in the back seat.
