For Riley's 2nd month birthday...we were thrilled to have Grandpa Allgeier join us for a visit. He flew in Thursday night and on Riley's 2nd month birthday, we spent the day just relaxing and enjoying the day. Grandpa just adored watching Riley wake up, as she stretched and yawned. Then, he enjoyed holding her on the back porch while basking in the morning sunshine. Surprisingly, Riley spent most of the day napping in Grandpa's arms...although I am still trying to figure out who enjoyed that more...Riley or Grandpa.
When JD came home from work, we headed to a great little cafe down the street for dinner and then home for the evening. Riley was in good spirits from a good day's sleep and was full of smiles all night long with a lot of new found personality shining through. What a sweet baby girl!

I cannot believe how much she changes. She looks very cute in Grandpa's arms. Looks like he had a wonderful visit.
