Grill Out!

The weather has been perfect in San Antonio...warming up into the upper 70s and 80s. We have taken advantage and spent several evenings just hanging out in the great outdoors. Riley has enjoyed crawling around on the blanket in the yard, while JD grills out.
Of course, she doesn't stay put in the middle of the blanket...she crawls to the edge to get a closer look at the grass and oak leaves in the yard. She even tried sampling a taste of each...but she still will not put a puff cereal piece anywhere near her lips.

The back porch has always been a favorite spot for JD and I to enjoy dinner throughout most of the year, and now that Riley is older, we can just pull her chair outside with us. Besides the puffs, Riley ate very well, despite the distraction of the ceiling fan.
