Sunday, Sunday

Lesson learned...Make sure baby is in deep sleep before moving from car seat to stroller...especially when baby is not too found of stroller. Lesson learned when finishing up some last minute shopping this morning. It took quite some time, for Riley to get over the "grumpies" and crash for a mid-morning nap...but when she did crash, she crashed for almost 2 hours, leaving her a bit happier for some new discoveries...
During some silly fun, Daddy was able to capture a good shot of Riley's first two teeth. Can you see them???
With spring in the air, Riley helped me add a bit of color to the flower pots on the front porch and give them a drink of water. She liked touching the flowers and trying to grab the soil from the planters.
Since the weather was much warmer, and not too windy, Riley and I were able to go to JD's softball game to cheer his team to victory. We had a great time hanging out on a blanket playing. It didn't take long for Riley to discover the grass and dirt, at the edge of the blanket...and it didn't take long for me to brush her off, scoot her back, only for her to repeat the same move over and over! Oh well...that is what the bathtub is for!

Hi Sweet Cheeks!
Grammy took the words right out of my mouth...but it bears repeating... you have pretty teeth! Just be careful not to bump them out opening and closing your new favorite drawer! :)
And Mommy and Daddy....just be glad Riley is only opening and closing those drawers and not taking the contents out yet! :)
Talk to you soon!
Love,
Aunt Cindy

Riley, oh my goodness, I thought that drawer was going to get the best of you. And, those two teeth, they are so pretty and getting big.
You looked so cute with mommy and the flowers. Love you lots, Nana

Somehow this does not all seem possible! She is beautiful! Looks just like her mom! Of course I am a bit biased! How proud you both must be! Embarking on an everchanging experience of a lifetime! Love, Mrs. House
