Everyone enjoyed Lorikeet Landing where the birds fly all around you. Aunt Jamie and Kody even fed the birds fresh nectar.
Then, Madison, Riley and Jase were intrigued by the ducks near a little pond. It looks like they were planning on how to get into the pond without the rest of us noticing.
We traveled many a paths to the African Safari to see some gigantic elephants and giraffes. Riley had the perfect view!
Kody was such a great big brother, helping his little brother an sister see the meerkats up close and personal. He even helped carry Riley through the park and push her in the stroller. What a great cousin!
Although Riley didn't last long in the stroller, as long as she was engaged, she did okay. The coi must have thought she had food to throw to them.
The bamboo trail was also amazing. The kids had a ball scurrying through the fields of really tall bamboo!

After a long day of walking and walking and more walking at the zoo, we headed to the Opry Mills Mall for a little shopping and dinner. Although Riley didn't eat much (as she was very, very tired from a long day with only a 30 min. nap), she seemed to enjoy all of the scenery at The Rainforest Cafe, especially the giant, animated butterflies.

WOW!!!! It looks like you had an awesome time. Looks like a pretty neat place and then to go to the Rainforest Cafe. Riley I bet you enjoyed all the decor in there. That is a pretty neat place. And Madison what fun you had for your birthday celebration. Happy Birthday. Did Riley sing Happy Birthday to you? Well it looks like a good time was had by all.
Love, Hugs and Kisses
