and the smiles. At 20 months, our sweet Riley is full of life, love, curiosity, and so much happiness. She is still very serious and intense 90% of the time, but her giggle and smile will melt any heart!
Riley continues to love music, especially all of her favorite kids tunes. She is very good at remembering all of the moves that go with each song.
At 20 months, Riley is definitely not one to sit still for long, unless you are reading some of her favorite books.
She is non-stop from the time she wakes up until literally crashing at the end of day. Even after her bedtime routine, when we turn the lights out, Riley will still talk and play with her baby doll, or be clapping her hands, or playing peek-a-boo with her blanket, until the moment that she drifts off.
Riley can be very independent, but also loves attention too. She knows how to sweet talk with hugs and kisses to get her way! What kid doesn't???
At 20 months, Riley:
- is crazy about coloring
- loves the book "Firehouse Dog" and Clifford books
- is beginning to count numbers between 1-10 and will sing some letters of the alphabet song and recognizes some letters
- loves, loves, loves to play outside
- knows her classmates names at daycare
- still loves her Elmo
- is wild about her ma-ma and da-da
- can throw a good fit, but is fairly easy to redirect
- is growing up way too fast for her mommy and daddy...we love you more than anything our little Sweet Pea!

Already 20 months? Geez! I miss her! I'm soooo glad she got to meet her new cousin, so sweet. Must see you girls very very soon.
