Out on the Town without Mom and Dad

Saturday morning, Riley headed out on the town without Mom and Dad. Gigi (Riley's name for Grammy) and Aunt Mary packed her up and took her downtown Chattanooga to a favorite hot spot...the Creative Discovery Museum...All the while, JD and I stayed home to paint Riley's and Zach's new bedrooms.

I think Riley prefers her new escorts at the museum...for I usually skip through the water zone...but not Aunt Mary and Gigi.

Of course, Riley couldn't pass up time in the Little Yellow House kitchen. She loves to help cook.

Riley even helped put together a well balanced meal for her Daddy.

They had a blast in the art zone playing with clay...

and taking some "Mona Lisas".

Last stop of the day...the dinosaur exhibit to dig up bones...
and explore some caves.
After the museum...the girls hit lunch at Subway before heading home for an afternoon siesta. What a fun mooring had by all, even for Mommy and Daddy who made good progress on preparing the new rooms.
