The girls had a blast together and played so nicely together. They especially loved playing with Riley's "play" jewelry and checking out each other's backpacks.
After some yummy taco soup for dinner, JD fired up the pit for the girls to roast marshmallows. It was rather chilly out, but the girls didn't seem to mind one bit. Riley loves evenings by the fire pit, and will ask over and over again for more roasted marshmallows from her Daddy. Lauren, a marshmallow lover at heart, didn't know what to think when JD handed her her first toasted marshmallow. She took and looked at it...but then threw it right back into the fire and ran to the table for a fresh one. At two years old, there is no doubt these girls no just what they like!
Thanks girls for coming to visit. Come any time...as we are always up for some fun and evenings by the fire!
